Yoga is a blend of breath and body movement.

Yoga is an opportunity to get to know your body, to have a conversation with your muscles, bones, breath, heart and head. This is what makes yoga a multi-directional head to flow. I lead yoga practices that help start the conversation through guided exploration, encouragement to ask questions, and always the mantras to “start where you are - use what you have - do what you can” and make it your yoga.
